Return, Replacement & Refund Policy — kidsROAR
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
kidsROAR does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
We request you to please review the product details, images, specifications and dimensions carefully before placing your order. If you have any question about a product, contact us before ordering — we will be happy to help.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or "did not like it after seeing it"
- Wrong product selected by the customer (incorrect size, colour or model)
- Products where the packaging has been opened, used or assembled
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Damaged or Missing Parts — Free Replacement Part
We take full responsibility if something is wrong with what we sent.
If any part of your product arrives damaged, broken or missing, we will send you that replacement part free of cost.
How to claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on +91 95742 13327 or info@kidsroar.in
- Share your order number, clear photos of the damaged/missing part, and an unboxing video wherever possible
- Once verified, the replacement part will be dispatched to you at no charge
Please record an unboxing video. It is the fastest way for us to verify a claim and dispatch your replacement part without delay.
Please note: only the affected part is replaced — the complete product is not replaced or refunded.
Warranty
Products sold on kidsROAR do not carry any warranty or guarantee unless a manufacturer warranty is specifically mentioned on the product page.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or damage caused by incorrect assembly or use is not covered.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible on +91 95742 13327.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The order was cancelled by you before dispatch
- The product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order
- The order could not be delivered for a reason attributable to us
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
