These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website kidsroar.in, operated by Eagle Enterprise under the brand name kidsROAR ("kidsROAR", "we", "us", "our").
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access to or usage of kidsroar.in.
By accessing or using this Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website.
1. Definitions
"Client", "User", "You" and "Your" refer to the person accessing this Website and accepting these Terms. "The Company", "We", "Us" and "Our" refer to Eagle Enterprise, operating as kidsROAR. "Party" or "Parties" refers to both the User and the Company.
2. Use of the Website
- Please read all product information carefully before placing an order. If anything is unclear, contact us at info@kidsroar.in or +91 95742 13327 and wait for our written clarification before ordering.
- We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website.
- You agree to provide accurate, authentic and complete information. We reserve the right to verify any details provided. If information is found to be false wholly or in part, we may reject the order or registration and restrict your access to the Website without prior notice.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products, Pricing and Availability
- Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of kidsROAR.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are additional and are shown at checkout.
- We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that such content is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Slight variation in colour, shade or finish is possible due to photography, lighting and screen settings.
- Product images are for representation purposes. Accessories or props shown in images are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, or for any other reason, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment received. In such cases the amount paid will be refunded in full and you will be informed.
4. Orders, Payment and Cancellation
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, where applicable, confirmation by us.
- Orders may be cancelled by the User only before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. kidsROAR does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- kidsROAR shall not be liable for any credit or debit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of a card rests with the User, and the burden of proving otherwise lies exclusively with the User. You must use only your own card or payment instrument on this Website.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product category and order value, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.
- Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates only. Any delayed or early delivery, for whatever reason, shall not entitle the User to damages or compensation.
- Local delivery (Surat / Kamrej): orders may be delivered through partners such as Porter or Rapido. The delivery charge for such local deliveries is paid directly by the customer to the delivery partner. We will contact you and confirm the applicable charge before dispatch. Free store pickup is also available.
- If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the User — such as an incorrect or incomplete name, address or PIN code, or the recipient being unavailable — any additional cost incurred by kidsROAR for re-delivery shall be payable by the User.
- kidsROAR shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery caused by courier delays, floods, fire, war, riots, strikes, acts of God, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns, Replacement and Warranty
- kidsROAR does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please review product details carefully before ordering.
- If any part of a product arrives damaged, broken or missing, we will send that replacement part free of cost, provided the claim is raised within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and, wherever possible, an unboxing video. Only the affected part is replaced; the complete product is not replaced or refunded.
- No complaint will be entertained after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Products sold on kidsROAR do not carry any warranty or guarantee unless a manufacturer warranty is specifically mentioned on the product page. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental or water damage, and damage arising from incorrect assembly or use are not covered.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on kidsroar.in — including text, graphics, logos, product images, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of kidsROAR / Eagle Enterprise or its content suppliers, and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kidsROAR's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased in that order.
kidsROAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or emotional distress, arising from the use of the Website or any product purchased through it.
Products must be used under adult supervision and in accordance with the age recommendations and instructions provided. kidsROAR is not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, incorrect assembly, or use contrary to the instructions.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kidsROAR, Eagle Enterprise, its owners and employees against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such websites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
