Returns Policy
Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.

KidsROAR ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. large parcel and some of the postal code when door delivery is not possible that time you may need to collect that parcel from your nearest courier office (Within 05-10Km).Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped on the same day, and the rest within 24 hrs of the time of order, whichever is closer(except for Sundays and holidays). We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays or Regional Holidays that fall around the warehouse the product is being shipped from.All COD orders are verified by a customer service representative by the medium of calling on the registered number associated with the order. KidsROAR will make 3 such attempts to verify the order, in addition to a whatsapp attempt as well. If the order still remains unverified after 3 days from the order, the order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING CHARGES
A fixed shipping charge of INR 200 is applicable on all orders For small parcels like toys,for medium size parcels (tricycles,walkers,scooters and ride on) shiiping charge of INR 300 Is applicable on all orders below INR 3000 and above that INR 500 is charged,and for large parcels like electric vehicle and sliders INR 1000 for below INR 7000, INR 1200 charged for product value INR 7000 to INR 10000 and INR 1500 is charged for product value above 10000. (Excluding Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by KidsROAR at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
KidsROAR brings out different kinds of offers in an attempt to satisfy its customers, every now and then. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 2 to 3 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.

TRACKING PACKAGES
We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
