Returns Policy
Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.
Shipping
KidsROAR ships its products to all parts of India, with a few exceptions. large parcel and some of the postal code when door delivery is not possible that time you may need to collect that parcel from your nearest courier office (Within 05-10Km).Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped on the same day, and the rest within 24 hrs of the time of order, whichever is closer(except for Sundays and holidays). We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays or Regional Holidays that fall around the warehouse the product is being shipped from.All COD orders are verified by a customer service representative by the medium of calling on the registered number associated with the order. KidsROAR will make 3 such attempts to verify the order, in addition to a whatsapp attempt as well. If the order still remains unverified after 3 days from the order, the order will be cancelled.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered mobile number / email.

Shipping is charged based on the size and category of the product, since larger items cost significantly more to transport. The exact shipping amount is always shown at checkout before payment.

Please note: If your order contains products from different categories, shipping is calculated for each category and added together, as these items are packed and transported separately.
Local Delivery — Surat & Kamrej
We are based in Kamrej, Surat, and we take special care of our local customers.
Local delivery is available within Surat and nearby areas.
Delivery is arranged through Porter / Rapido.
The delivery charge (approximately ₹100–₹500 depending on item size) is paid directly to the delivery partner — kidsROAR does not add any margin on this.
We will contact you and confirm the delivery charge before dispatching your order.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code and mobile number are complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipping cost is non-refundable and re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check the package at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, wherever possible, an unboxing video.
We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue at the earliest.
